About the event

We are pleased to announce the second edition of the International Behavioural Public Policy Workshop (IBPPW), NUS, on April 23 and 24, 2025 at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

This workshop brings together scholars and practitioners working at the intersection of behavioural sciences and public policy to exchange ideas and present their latest research. The theme for 2025, “Ideas And Action: Measuring the Impact of BPP” focuses on ways to demonstrate and evaluate the effects of behavioural interventions across a range of public policy domains and contexts.

We welcome submissions with theoretical, methodological or empirical contributions, including work-in-progress papers intended for publication. As the first of its kind in Asia, we especially encourage submissions that focus on the region. Selected authors may also be invited to contribute to a report highlighting the impact of behavioural public policy interventions.

Submission guidelines: Submit abstracts by December 15, 2024 to bppworkshop@nus.edu.sg.

Submission should include:

  • Paper title

  • Paper abstract (150 words or less)

  • A brief biography of the authors

  • Indicate whether the presentation will be onsite or online

Details can be found in the below submission guidelines. Notification of acceptance will be by mid-January 2025.

Please feel free to extend this invitation to interested colleagues.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and hope to see you in Singapore.
